By accessing or using the Lunastric website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Lunastric provides professional design services including logo design, brand identity, graphic design, and social media graphics. The specific deliverables, timelines, and revisions are determined by the service tier selected at checkout.

Starter: Includes initial concepts and a standard revision cycle.
Professional: Includes expanded concepts, priority support, and additional revisions.
Enterprise: Includes a comprehensive brand package with unlimited revisions and dedicated support.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a service, you agree to pay the listed price for your selected tier.

Payments are due at the time of purchase and are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If you are unsatisfied before any work has started, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase by contacting us.
Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of the project.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership and intellectual property rights to the final approved design deliverables. Until payment is received in full:

All designs, concepts, and drafts remain the property of Lunastric.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth design process, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete project briefs and reference materials.
Respond to feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide for inclusion in designs.

6. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lunastric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately, though provisions regarding intellectual property and limitation of liability will survive.

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
