These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lunastric website and services. Lunastric is operated by Lunastric LLC, and the words "we", "us", and "our" refer to that company throughout this document. By accessing or using the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Refund Policy. If you do not agree to them, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Lunastric provides professional design services including logo design, brand identity, graphic design, and social media graphics. The specific deliverables, timelines, and revisions are determined by the service tier selected at checkout.

  • Starter: Includes initial concepts and a standard revision cycle.
  • Professional: Includes expanded concepts, priority support, and additional revisions.
  • Enterprise: Includes a comprehensive brand package with unlimited revisions and dedicated support.

3. Orders, Payments & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles billing, tax, and refund processing for every purchase, while Lunastric LLC delivers the design work and provides support for your project.

By purchasing a service, you agree to pay the listed price for your selected tier. Prices are shown in United States dollars, and any sales tax or value added tax required in your country is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is due at the time of purchase, and work begins once payment has been received.

4. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every package. If you are not satisfied with the work, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Full details, including what is covered, how subscriptions are handled, and how to submit a request, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership and intellectual property rights to the final approved design deliverables. Until payment is received in full:

  • All designs, concepts, and drafts remain the property of Lunastric.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

If a refund is issued for an order, the ownership transferred for that order ends, and the rights in the delivered designs return to Lunastric LLC.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth design process, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project briefs and reference materials.
  • Respond to feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide for inclusion in designs.

7. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lunastric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately, though provisions regarding intellectual property and limitation of liability will survive.

10. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
